Simone graduated magna cum laude from Colgate University in Hamilton, NY in 2015 with a dual major in Economics and International Relations. She started her career in financial services as a bank loan operations analyst at Guggenheim Investments in New York City, supporting the trade desk and credit teams. In 2017, Simone accepted a position in PGIM Real Estate’s highly-selective 4-year Investment Analyst Program, joining the Asset Management team in Chicago, IL. She was the lead asset manager for the Midwest market, a portfolio valued at $800M+, and has played a key role in executing $400M+ in transactional activity.
